Hp Color Printer Only Prints Grayscale

Have downloaded the drivers from hp but problem continues.

Hp color printer only prints grayscale.

The printer uses only the black ink cartridge to produce a black white print out. Also press the advanced button and ensure the print in grayscale option is set as off. Right click the hp universal printing iocn and select printer properties. But when i print anything else no matter which application it will only come out in gray.

The color options are available within the printing peferences dialog not under printer properties. If i print the same document from another computer to the same printer it will print in color. If you see it listed right click on it and choose delete or remove device 6 open up the run command with the windows key. Now close and re open the application you are printing from and check for any difference.

Ensure the device type is set as color rather than auto detect confirm any changes by pressing ok. If necessary use the drop down list to select your printer. Open the device settings tab.
