This will put it into self test mode. To replace the actuator you will need to take apart the dash and remove completely the instrument panel d isconnect the connector remove the four screws remove the temperature blend door actuator and replace it. I reset this code over and over by hitting the floor and off buttons simutaneously then automatic this was letting it work temporaraly but now i think its totally broke.
